To start, we need to know more about each other.

Some introductory information is needed about you, your property, and your aspirations for it. There is a detailed questionaire provided that will have the basic structure for us to begin. Your location, schedule, and constraints can be factored in the beginning, and a design project quote can be provided if needed that will outline the deliverables and their respective targets.

We start by gathering essential information about your property. This includes:

Measuring the site's dimensions
Identifying existing features, such as elevations, plant materials, soil conditions, and topography
Locating public utilities, boundary lines, and easements
Capturing photographs of the site for future reference

We start to shape your space to fit your desired functions.

Next, we'll develop a comprehensive design concept based on your unique needs and preferences. This includes:

Creating scaled ground plans and sketches to visualize the overall landscape design
Identifying planting beds and potential plant materials
Laying out hardscape surfaces, such as patios, walkways, driveways, and more
Developing a "Budget Study" to ensure your project stays within budget

Bringing it all together

Confirm Choices

In this stage, we'll refine our design concept into a detailed master plan. This includes:

Creating detailed drawings of hardscape surfaces and structures
Identifying planting beds and specifying plant materials by botanical name, common name, quantity, and size
Developing architectural structure designs, including gazebos, pergolas, sheds, and more
Coordinating with other consultants and specialists to ensure a cohesive design

Verification

If needed, we'll create construction drawings, details, specifications, tender documents, and pre-tender cost estimates. This includes:

Collaborating with structural engineers for foundation, concrete floor slab, and retaining wall designs
